Welcome to Fit Max. By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You must provide accurate details and verify your email or phone number with the one-time code we send.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and codes private and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, abuse the service or attempt fraud.

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• We try to show colours, sizes and stock accurately, but small differences can occur between your screen and the product.
• An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or the details cannot be verified, and we will tell you if that happens.
• Coupons and offers are valid only for the period and conditions shown, and cannot be combined unless stated.

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by card, as offered at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready when the parcel arrives. Card payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your full card details.

We deliver across Bangladesh through our delivery partners. Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout and may vary by location. Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number. You can follow your parcel any time on the Track Order page.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
• If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock. Refunds are made to the original payment method, or as agreed with our support team.

The Fit Max name, logo, images, text and design are owned by Fit Max or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Fit Max is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits your rights under Bangladesh consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
